Labor Solutions works with citizens in Nebraska who experience disabilities. Each person is encouraged to participate in the design of their own personal outcome which can range from career planning, educational opportunities to volunteering in the community. Our goal is to create a better and more fulfilling quality of life.

The primary goal of Labor Solutions is to reduce the reliance of persons upon agency services through integrated gainful employment opportunities. The role of managers, job coaches, and employment consultants is to act as facilitators and supporters of the individual program plan, which will allow people to maximize their independence.
