Labor Solutions provides young men and women with transitional services from school to work. Many times staff at Labor Solutions will begin this transition with the student prior to graduation. Working directly with the student, parents and educators provides a smooth transition and assists in the development of each individual’s successful plan for the future.

 

Our transitional unit provides a variety of community activities, volunteer opportunities, as well as an introduction to work. As skills are developed our Work Adjustment Program concentrates on improving work skills by providing sub-contract work as the vehicle of learning job skills and work ethic. Social skills and a vocational success curriculum may be sought to assist you gain confidence in exploring job opportunities.
